REVENUE MANAGER

Job description

Hospitality company operating in Panama, we are looking for a Revenue Manager to lead the strategy of income optimization through tariff analysis, demand, occupancy, and distribution channels.

The position will have a direct impact on the profitability of the business and will work closely with the commercial, operations, and marketing areas.

Responsibilities

Define and implement revenue management strategies to maximize income
Analyze key indicators such as occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and forecast
Manage tariffs and availability in OTAs, direct sales, and corporate segments
Monitor market behavior and competition in Panama and the region
Prepare periodic reports for strategic decision-making

Requirements

Requirements

Prior experience as a Revenue Manager or similar positions in hospitality or hotel management
Knowledge of local markets and/or Central American markets
Management of PMS, RMS, and distribution channels (OTAs) tools
Mastery of Excel and data analysis
Intermediate to advanced English (essential)
Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented profile
