Job description

Revenue Director | Park Hyatt Riviera Maya We are currently looking for a Revenue Director for Park Hyatt Riviera Maya (pre-opening). This is a critical leadership role within a luxury environment, ideal for a strategic and commercially driven professional who can lead revenue strategy, drive performance, and shape the property’s success from pre-opening through stabilization. Profile: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Tourism, or Hospitality • Postgraduate degree or certification in Hotel Management, Revenue Management, or related field is an asset. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue strategy for Park Hyatt Riviera Maya, aligned with the property's overall business objectives • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimize pricing strategies • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to drive revenue performance and achieve business targets • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform pricing decisions, promotions, and loyalty programs • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate tracking of revenue performance • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, investors, and local authorities to ensure alignment and support for the property’s revenue strategy. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury environment • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or other local languages is an asset.
