As Revenue & Demand Planning Controller (m/w/d), you create precise sales forecasts, support operational and strategic decisions, and help minimize risks and seize opportunities for sustainable growth. Tasks

• You are responsible for the integrated sales and demand forecast within our S&OP process and ensure a high forecast quality.
• You analyze sales, market, and production data, recognize trends and patterns, and derive well-founded recommendations from them.
• You track continuous margin development and provide important decision-making bases for pricing and business decisions.
• In close cooperation with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, you develop precise, aligned forecasts and drive cross-functional planning forward.
• You identify optimization potential and implement best practices to further develop our planning and S&OP processes.
• You actively contribute to the development of our company-wide reporting (Power BI, Data Warehouse) and provide regular reports and informative dashboards for various stakeholders.
• You are responsible for transparent and target-group-oriented communication of our volume forecasts at the corporate level.

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Controlling or a comparable qualification.
• You bring approximately 2-3 years of experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, Controlling or commercial planning – ideally in the FMCG sector.
• You have a strong understanding of numbers and work comfortably with data.
• You think pragmatically and find quick, implementable solutions.
• You keep the big picture in mind while paying attention to details.
• You take initiative, structure your work, and assume responsibility for your topics.
• You are flexible and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• You enjoy working with different stakeholders and communicate clearly and persuasively.
