We are looking for a Senior Enablement Analyst to lead training and performance programs for a multidisciplinary customer success team that is growing rapidly. The ecosystem consists of SaaS platforms focused on hotel industry solutions, including property management systems, revenue management tools, and customer relationship management software. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive enablement strategies to drive business outcomes; • Design and deliver training programs for customer success teams, focusing on sales, marketing, and customer service skills; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize training needs; • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize training programs; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in enablement and customer success. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in enablement, training, or customer success roles; • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful enablement strategies; • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
