What the job involves
As a Retrofit Assessor, you’ll carry out on-site surveys to assess the condition, energy performance, and occupancy of domestic properties. You’ll gather detailed data and work closely with Retrofit Coordinators and Designers to support PAS 2035:2023-compliant retrofit projects. The role is mobile and field-based, with flexibility to manage your own diary. No two days are the same.
No experience as an assessor? No problem.
We’re happy to provide full training and support for the right candidates to achieve their Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) and Retrofit Assessor (RA) qualifications.

What we’re looking for:
A background in construction, property, surveying, building services or an interest in energy efficiency / carbon saving
Confidence communicating with householders and working independently
A clean UK driving licence
A willingness to learn, upskill, and grow into a new professional role
Great attention to detail and pride in doing things properly
