Job Description What You'll Do: As a Retail Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our stores in top shape through effective merchandising, inventory management, and stock control. Your skills will shine as you handle POS transactions and cash reconciliations, ensuring each shift ends accurately and securely. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Put customers first and exceed their expectations. Support the Store Manager: Use your retail experience to assist in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure our stores look fantastic by implementing visually appealing displays and layouts. Stock Control: Manage stock levels, receiving and processing deliveries, and conducting regular stock takes. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring each shift ends securely. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and processing returns. Key Requirements: Retail experience is essential for this role. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to lift up to 25kg.
