As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. Key responsibilities include: • Leading and managing a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service; • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth; • Maintaining a high level of store appearance, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and ensuring all areas are clean and tidy; • Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed; • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
