We are looking for: Direct Store Operations Specialist (Retail Operations Specialist)

About the Role

Location: Mexico City (CDMX)

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management and Logistics: Physical inventory control, replenishment planning, and transfers in direct stores. Monitoring of safety stock levels to optimize rotation and minimize losses.
• Sales Target Tracking: Breakdown and tracking of monthly/quarterly sales goals and key KPIs (average ticket, conversion rate, etc.). Implementation of data-driven strategies to drive results.
• POP Material and Events Execution: Planning and execution of promotional activities, product launches, and in-store marketing campaigns. Coordination of POP/display material design, production, and renovation while maintaining brand standards.
• Comprehensive Operational Support: Resolution of day-to-day operational unforeseen issues. Continuous support to the store team in systems processes, logistics, and interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Languages: Native or fluent Spanish. Fluent English (capable of holding business conversations and reporting).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in retail operations, store management, or inventory control (experience in own-brand stores is desirable).

Required Skills

• Advanced/intermediate Excel proficiency for data analysis and POS system mastery.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale marketing and visual merchandising.

Preferred Skills

• Proactive, results-oriented, analytical, with strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability to the local market skills.
