Salary: AUD $70,000 – $85,000 per annum + superannuation

VV GROUP INVESTMENT PTY LTD T/AS Friendly Grocer Alex Beach is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Retail Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our retail grocery business. This role is genuine, ongoing, and available on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate the operations of the retail grocery store
• Determine product mix, pricing, purchasing, and inventory levels in line with business requirements
• Recruit, train, supervise, and manage staff, including rostering and performance management
• Monitor sales performance, budgets, profit margins, and operating expenses
• Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and merchandising plans
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer enquiries and complaints
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and Fair Work obligations
• Maintain store security, presentation, and operational standards

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 years of relevant retail management experience
• Relevant qualifications in retail management, business, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage staff, stock control, and financial performance
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management
