We operate busy Domino’s Pizza franchise stores located in Punchbowl and Belmore, NSW. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, coordinate rostering, and maintain high customer service standards.

What you'll be doing
1.Manage the day-to-day operations of the Domino's Pizza store, including overseeing staff, inventory, and financial performance
2.Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive shopping experience.
3.Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of pizza makers and customer service representatives
4.Implement and monitor store policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain safe and efficient work environment
5.Analyse sales data and store performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive growth
6.Collaborate with the regional management team to develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies
7.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies

What we're looking for
1.Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail store management role, preferably in the food service or quick-service restaurant industry
2.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
3.Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
4.Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets
5.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
6.Proficient in using POS systems, inventory management, and other relevant retail technologies
7.Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Business, Retail Management or Hospitality will be highly regarded.
