Retail Store Manager - 2degrees Cuba Street, Wellington

What will you be doing?

· Responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the store

· Exceptional, proven sales skills and sound knowledge of technology to be able to assist with

a wide range of technical servicing queries

· Responsible for managing stock levels, determining product mix and upholding 2degrees service standards

· Ensure correct ticketing and pricing of products and all 2degrees compliance

· Responsible for all sales targets and KPI’s for the store

· Maintain records of stock levels prepare sales reporting and insights, financial reporting

· Formulate and implement relevant regional marketing strategies where required

· Train and supervise staff including performance management and ongoing development

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Remuneration is an hourly wage (dependent on experience) plus monthly sales KPI bonuses

and incentives.
