As a Retail Sport Specialist, you will be responsible for: • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to answer customer queries. • Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting and engaging shopping environment. • Participating in inventory management and stock control to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts. • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business results. • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Decathlon's high standards of cleanliness and presentation. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. • Performing other duties as required by the store manager or as needed to support the smooth operation of the store.
