Retail Specialist

Location: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• Achieving the sales budget set for the center and individual brands.
• Analyzing and monitoring the results of the center and brands to support them (preparing action plans), utilize full potential, and improve sales performance.
• Cooperating with the VM, Leasing, and Marketing departments in implementing corporate plans, strategies, and standards.
• Implementing retail projects (training, workshops, job fairs, etc.) to support and motivate brands.
• Preparing sales statistics and reports.

Our requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in a similar position in retail, fashion industry, or shopping centers.
• Higher education in economics, business, marketing, or similar.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Very good knowledge of store KPI indicators.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with a strong "brand" (premium, large company, international) in a role related to retail, managing multiple stores and teams.
• Knowledge of the business model of shopping centers and/or outlets and/or the fashion distribution sector.
