Retail Service Operations Specialist/Manager

AVATR, a premium intelligent electric vehicle brand, is seeking a Retail Service Operations Specialist/Manager to join our Europe Overseas Business Development Team at our Madrid subsidiary. Together with the team, you will support AVATR’s expansion in the Spanish market across business development, sales, marketing, aftersales, and network operations. What you will do: 1. Service Network Development & Construction Develop and execute regional service network expansion plans. Identify, evaluate and prioritize potential service locations based on market demand, competition, and feasibility. Collaborate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals. Ensure compliance with AVATR’s brand standards and quality requirements. 2. Operations Management Oversee the daily operations of the retail service network, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics. Develop and implement processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. 3. Team Collaboration Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and aftersales, to ensure seamless integration and effective communication. Foster a positive team culture by promoting open communication, continuous learning, and professional development. 4. Performance Monitoring Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of service network operations. Identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions to achieve business objectives. 5. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with service network operations.
