Retail Sales Trainer - Managerial role

Responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs for retail staff. Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service of retail staff. Create training materials and resources, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning modules. Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs and gaps. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including retail staff, managers, and external partners. Provide coaching and guidance to retail staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices. Identify and address any gaps in training programs and provide solutions to improve performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
