Retail Sales Representative - Bressanone

Adecco Italia Spa is looking for, for an important client company leader in the B2B commercial sector for industry and construction, a SALES ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of the store by working in synergy with other sales channels and in line with the company's commercial and marketing strategies.
• Present products to customers, proposing complementary software and services and guiding people towards innovative and advantageous solutions.
• Develop the customer base through targeted telephone activities, managing follow-up and building trusting relationships with customers.
• Manage orders, warehouse, and shipment preparation, ensuring an engaging, personalized customer experience consistent with company standards.

Skills and Professionalism

• Previous experience in the role, preferably in structured and organized store environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation, with attention to service quality and satisfaction of specific needs.
• Good work organization, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and adherence to store and warehouse operational procedures.

Additional Information

• Employment level CCNL Commercio 4th level
• Gross Annual Salary Range 31,000-31,500
• Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM.
