Description We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Performance Manager to join a large- format retail environment and lead sales performance across key product categories. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, improving sales effectiveness, and leading a team through consistent coaching and execution. It is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who is comfortable balancing strategic planning with a strong on-floor presence. The role As the Retail Sales Performance Manager, your key responsibilities will include: * Leading, coaching, and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs. * Analyzing sales data and identifying trends to inform strategic decision-making. * Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance. * Monitoring and managing sales performance against targets, taking corrective action as needed. * Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts. * Managing stock levels and inventory to ensure optimal product availability. * Creating a positive and engaging work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration. * Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
