Retail Sales Manager

As Retail Sales Manager, you’ll lead our retail team, be responsible for our retail store, and driving sales of our tourism experiences, including our exclusive Trekking, Star Gazing, and Glacier Explorer boat trips. This role is responsible for driving revenue, maintaining merchandising standards, operational excellence, and fostering a team culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will be expected to develop and implement effective retail strategies, manage inventory levels, and maintain high-quality customer service standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
