Retail Sales Manager

In HumanBest, we are looking for a strategic and energetic Retail Sales Manager who will lead our sales team to achieve and exceed commercial objectives. This role is fundamental to maintaining operational excellence in our stores and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising all sales activities in the retail sector.

Your function will include implementing effective sales strategies, managing team performance, and creating a motivating and collaborative work environment. Additionally, you must analyze market trends and create reports to optimize operations and maximize profits.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and brand expansion goals.
• Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales metrics and create periodic reports on commercial performance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and product presentation.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and logistics, to align commercial strategies.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with key clients and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced English (Mandatory)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with forklifts (desirable)
• Familiarity with mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity would be a plus
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations and team management.
• Experience and handling of industrial topics, teams, and processes (purchase, sale, exchange)
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate others.
• Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
• Oriented customer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to rapid changes.
• Availability to travel as needed to visit stores and clients.
