Your role with us

You will hold together the operational day-to-day business in the retail team and create the foundation for informed decisions and successful partnerships in retail. You are not just an executor, but you think along, question existing processes, and actively drive how we, as a young, fast-growing start-up, build and scale our retail processes.

Your tasks are

Master Data & Processes

• You will keep article master data, price lists, promotional calendars, and listing documents up-to-date and ensure clean, legally compliant data maintenance in our systems.

• You will keep an eye on modules, displays, and conditions per market and store and ensure traceability of changes.

Reporting & Analysis

• You will create analyses, competitor analyses, and presentations in Google Sheets/Excel that serve as a basis for decisions for the retail team.

• You will analyze POS data and prepare insights in an understandable way for different stakeholders.

Customer & Partner Management

• You will coordinate customer promotions (e.g., sweepstakes) as well as smaller customer marketing topics from idea to implementation.

• You will be the first point of contact for operational customer inquiries and for coordination with external partners, e.g., regarding displays.

Projects & Internal Coordination

• You will prepare and follow up on meetings, document results, and ensure that follow-ups actually happen.

• You will take on your own small projects, coordinate topics with internal stakeholders, and keep track of our ClickUp tasks.

Store Checks & Market Observation

• You will document our presence in retail through store checks, reporting, and maintaining our internal image database.

What you bring:

• Professional Experience: You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales administration or retail support - with mandatory experience in the FMCG or cosmetics industry.

• Data & Numbers Affinity: Very good Excel skills and confident handling of Google Sheets; you understand numbers and have a good feel for reporting and KPIs in the retail context.

• Initiative & Can-Do Mentality: You think along instead of just executing, question the status quo, and proactively drive topics forward.

• Communication Skills & Stakeholder Management: You are a team player, reliable, and confident in communicating with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

• Project Management & Organization: You are an organizational talent and work precisely, structured, and proactively.

• Tools & Systems: Proficient in Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Excel.

• Process Mindset: You are eager to build and continuously improve processes from the ground up in a creative start-up.

• Personality: You enjoy working with a young, dynamic team, can imagine dedicating yourself passionately to this topic for the next 5 years, and are not ego-driven or focused on quickly climbing the career ladder – but rather find fulfillment in reliably taking responsibility and building something.

• Nice to have: Experience with Markant, retail beauty, or POS displays - also in the grocery or drugstore sector.
