Manage and monitor sales performance, inventory, and store appearance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Requirements: Proven experience in retail sales or management. Strong leadership and communication skills.
