As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales and revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of the store. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about products, answering questions, and making recommendations. • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective product placement, visual merchandising, and engaging with customers. • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new releases and trends. • Work collaboratively as part of the store team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting shopping environment. • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns. • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards for appearance and cleanliness. • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. Requirements: • 1-2 years of retail sales experience (or equivalent). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system. • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
