Retail Sales Agent

We are looking for motivated Retail Sales Agents who are passionate about providing a fantastic and informative retail sales experiences to our guests, and who can share the excitement of having Aoraki/Mt Cook as the ultimate adventure playground! Our Retail Sales team look after the retail and activities center at the Hermitage and support guests and day visitors to the area who are looking to purchase and enjoy our products and experiences, including Glacier Experience boat trips, Star Gazing, and other activities. As a Retail Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions about our products and services, making recommendations, processing transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the success of our retail and activities center.
