Retail Promoter (m/f/d) – Working Student / Part-time, 16 hrs./week

As a Retail Promoter: you work in the store on Fridays and Saturdays and are the face of the brand there. You will excite customers about innovative consumer tech products, conduct product demonstrations, and actively support sales in retail.

Through your advice and product knowledge, you ensure that customers experience, understand, and decide to purchase the products.

Your tasks include in particular:

• Actively approaching customers in the store and exciting them about the products

• Conducting product demonstrations and consulting sessions

• Supporting sales and promoting brand presence in the store

• Ensuring optimal presentation of products at the Point of Sale

• Recording your activities and results using a digital reporting system

• Passing on customer feedback and market information to the project team

You enjoy working with people, like explaining products, and are open and convincing in your demeanor. The role is particularly well-suited for working students — you are not studying? That's okay too, the position is open to anyone who is eager for the job.

Experience & Education

• Initial experience in sales, promotion, retail, or customer service is an advantage

• Interest in consumer tech products and new technologies

• Experience in direct customer contact is a plus

• English language skills are an advantage
