Retail Merchandiser Team Lead

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to ensure products are properly displayed and available for our customers. **What we offer:** * Competitive pay * Paid training * Opportunity for advancement * Weekly paychecks * Mileage reimbursement **What you will do:** * Lead a team of merchandisers in assigned stores * Manage team schedules and communicate assignments * Train team members on planogram compliance and merchandising standards * Ensure accurate product placement, including building displays, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory levels * Complete in-store visits and audits to maintain display standards * Build and maintain strong relationships with store management * Use technology to report store conditions and provide accurate data * Ensure project execution within allotted hours **What you need to be successful:** * High School Diploma or GED * Valid driver's license * Reliable transportation * Ability to lift and/or push up to 25 pounds * Ability to stand for extended periods * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Ability to read and follow planograms * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends * Previous merchandising experience preferred * Previous team lead experience preferred * Ability to travel locally SAS Retail Services is an equal opportunity employer.
