Retail Manager - Victoria's Secret

For our headquarters in Bergamo, we are looking for a figure of: RETAIL MANAGER VICTORIA'S SECRET With the aim of increasing the performance of the Italian market in terms of economic results, the role will be responsible for implementing the retail sales strategy of the company within Victoria's Secret stores in Italy, respecting the guidelines, values and standards defined by Percassi. Main responsibilities Ensure the maximization of sales and profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising and customer service; Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction; Manage and motivate a team of store managers and sales associates to achieve business objectives; Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement; Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and execute in-store promotions and events; Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store owners and local authorities. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; At least 3 years of experience in retail management; Strong knowledge of the Italian market and consumer behavior; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
