Retail Manager – Subway Marsden Park

About the role

SB09 PTY LTD, operating a Subway store in Marsden Park, NSW, is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the store.

Location: Shop 16/111 Elara Boulevard, Marsden Park NSW 2765

Employment: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 + superannuation per annum

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Subway store.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory, ordering and product availability.
• Manage store sales, budgets, operating costs and financial transactions.
• Recruit, train, roster and supervise store staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality and store presentation.
• Implement store promotions and local marketing activities.
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety and company procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in business, retail or management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant retail/fast-food management experience.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Sound understanding of stock control, budgeting and store operations.
• Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
