We provide quality petrol, diesel, and convenience products with a strong focus on customer service, value, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations and lead our dedicated team.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the business owner, the Retail Manager will be responsible for the complete management of the site, team, and retail operations. This is a key leadership role that requires strong commercial awareness, operational experience, and the ability to drive performance across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient store management.
• Lead, train, and develop a dedicated team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales.
• Monitor inventory, sales performance, and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
• Implement and evaluate marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to foster brand loyalty.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls to meet business targets.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Prepare regular reports on sales, team performance, and operational issues.
• Plan and organise special displays, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for fuel retail and fast-food service.
• Ensure compliance with fuel retail regulations and safety standards.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in retail management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and retail software systems.
• A strong sales focus with the ability to drive business growth.
• A valid Australian driver's licence.
• Relevant qualifications in retail, management, or business (desirable).
• Experience in petroleum retail or convenience store operations (preferred).
• Computer literacy including POS systems and inventory management software (preferred).
