Retail Manager

Shree Kunji Pty Ltd, trading as Pizza Hut Ballarat, is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee and control the daily operations of our busy retail food establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and compliance with organisational and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Organise and control the operations of the retail outlet, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Determine product mix, stock levels, inventory rotation, and service standards.
• Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including price-setting.
• Promote and advertise the establishment’s products and services to maximise sales.
• Sell goods and services to customers and provide guidance on product offerings and use.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and financial transactions.
• Undertake budgeting, forecasting, and managing financial performance.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.
• Ensure the store complies with all occupational health and safety regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications & Experience

In Australia, this occupation typically requires:

• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma,
• Relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
• Additional experience in retail, hospitality, or food service management will be highly regarded.
