Pilaiyar Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Ballan retail outlet.

• Manage daily store operations, sales and customer service.
• Monitor product ranges, stock levels and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate purchasing, supplier orders and deliveries.
• Manage retail pricing, merchandising, promotions and local advertising.
• Assist customers with products and services and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate stock, sales and financial records.
• Assist with budgeting, revenue monitoring and expense control.
• Recruit, train, roster and supervise retail staff.
• Monitor staff performance and maintain appropriate service standards.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and relevant retail requirements.
• Review store procedures and implement improvements to efficiency and customer service.

• Previous retail management or relevant supervisory experience.
• Experience in stock control, purchasing, sales and staff management.
• Strong communication, customer service and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations and work independently.

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 + superannuation, depending on experience.
