Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Manager to join the team at a very busy Fuel station and Retail shop in Avoca Beach, NSW -2251 . As the Retail Manager, you will be responsible foroverseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store and ensuring the delivery of an exceptionalcustomer experience. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamicenvironment andcontribute to the growth and success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Manage and motivate a team of retail sales associates to deliver outstandingcustomer service
Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management,merchandising, and lossprevention
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth andachieve targetedsales goals
Analyse store performance data and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant industryregulations
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamengagement anddevelopment
What we're looking for
Must have experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Retail &Consumer Productsindustry
* Must possess relevant qualifications.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate anddevelop a team
* Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide an exceptional in-store experience
* Proficient in data analysis and interpreting performance metrics to drive businessdecisions
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
