About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on management experience, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determining the range of products to be sold, maintaining optimal stock levels, and ensuring consistent service standards are met.

• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies, marketing initiatives, and pricing policies to drive business growth.

• Planning and coordinating promotional and advertising activities to enhance the visibility and sales of our products.

• Engaging directly with customers, providing product information, and ensuring a positive purchasing experience.

• Maintaining accurate records of inventory, stock control, and financial transactions to support smooth business operations.

• Preparing and managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring profitability of the establishment.

• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to ensure effective team performance and high-quality customer service.

• Ensuring the workplace complies with all occupational health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or hospitality management role.

• Strong leadership and organisational abilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and customer service.

• Ability to implement marketing strategies and achieve sales targets.

• Relevant qualification in business, retail, or hospitality management will be an advantage.
