We are looking for an organized and experienced retail manager to join the team.

Duties will include:

• Manage daily store operations and staff performance
• Drive sales growth by meeting targets, forecasting trends, and optimizing product placement and promotions.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory and prevent shortages.
• Track product usage and adjust orders based on sales trends and forecasts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize waste.
• Anticipate guest needs and address them proactively to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and lead staff while managing performance and resolving personnel issues.
• Set clear staff performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
• Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain high customer satisfaction, manage complaints, and implement engagement or loyalty initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and targets.
• Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability.
• Create appealing store layouts and execute promotional displays.
• Handle budgets, reporting, and maintain regulatory compliance across operations.
• Manage POS systems and ensure smooth operation of store technology and digital tools.
• Assigning staff to shifts.
• Meeting monthly and annual sales targets.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirement

• Multitasking skills, results-driven while keeping the needs of customers a priority.
• Time management, Cash management, Business reporting, Inventory management and staff management
• Excellent communication skills.
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar role.
