RETAIL MANAGER

IGA Mandurah is a privately owned Australian proprietary company conveniently situated at Mandurah, Perth and the
business name is IGA Mandurah.

We are looking for a permanent full-time Retail Manager to join our team. The business is located at Mandurah, Perth 6210.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversees the day-to-day activities of retail stores.
• Leads and directs staff, handling recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance
  management.
• Creates and enforces policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
• Tracks and evaluates sales performance and financial metrics.
• Oversees financial management, including budgeting and preparing financial reports.
• Builds and nurtures partnerships with suppliers, negotiating terms and pricing agreements.
• Executes marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost customer engagement and
  retention.
• Handles customer complaints and strives to maintain exceptional customer service standards.

ATTRIBUTES:

• Minimum of 2 years trade qualification is required as a Retail Manager,
• Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required,
• Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at
  work.

Schedule: 8 hours shift
