Role Purpose The Retail Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the retail operation, ensuring efficient day-to-day management, strong financial control, and effective communication with team members. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead a team of sales assistants and fuel attendants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service; • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction; • Monitor and control inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and maintain accurate records; • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement; • Develop and implement training programs to upskill team members and improve overall performance.
