Retail Manager

Bourke Petroleum and Roadhouse Pty Ltd is a busy service station and convenience store located in the heart of Bourke, NSW. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and efficient operation, and ensuring a positive experience for all our customers.

We are currently seeking a full-time Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our roadhouse and convenience store. The successful candidate will manage staff, maintain inventory, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive sales growth.

Manage day-to-day operations of the roadhouse and convenience store.

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service.

Manage inventory levels and liaise with suppliers for stock control.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and company standards.

Develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability.

Experience with POS systems and basic accounting.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Competitive salary ($80,000–$90,000 + super).
