Retail Manager

Position Title: Retail Manager – Full-Time Employer: Shoalwater Tavern Location: Shoalwater, Rockingham Area, Perth, WA Key Responsibilities Store Operations: Manage the daily running of the store to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations for both customers and staff. Stock & Products: Decide what products to sell, manage stock levels, and work with suppliers to keep the store well-stocked. Purchasing & Pricing: Create purchasing plans, buy products that meet customer demand, and set prices that meet customer expectations. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Team Management: Lead and manage a team of retail staff, provide training and support, and ensure staff are well-informed about products and services. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate stock counts. Cash Handling: Manage cash handling, process transactions, and maintain accurate cash records. Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well-presented, and maintain a high level of store appearance. Key Performance Indicators: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff performance. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve store operations, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
