Anto and Theo Pty Ltd is looking to hire a Retail Manager whose responsibilities include: • Managing the day-to-day operations of the store; • Maintaining high levels of customer service and ensuring that all customers leave the store satisfied; • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve profitability; • Building strong relationships with suppliers and negotiating prices; • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; • Managing a team of retail staff and providing guidance and support as needed; • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as necessary; • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on sales, profits and other key performance indicators.
