As our Repair Tech (Guitar), you will provide perform maintenance and repairs on guitars and other instruments, ensuring they are in optimal working condition for our customers. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up and adjusting instruments, replacing strings, and performing minor repairs. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance. Additionally, you will be expected to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner. You will also be expected to work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
