As a Retail Guitar Repair Tech, you will be the go-to expert for all things guitar-related, providing exceptional customer service, repairing and maintaining guitars, and working closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner. • Repair and maintain guitars, including setup, adjustments, and minor repairs. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards. • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest guitar-related technologies and techniques. • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives. • Participate in company-sponsored events and activities, such as employee appreciation days and team-building exercises. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, adhering to company values and policies. • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
