Retail & Education Executive/Senior Executive, TR SEA & Singapore

The Sales Executive/Senior Sales Executive supports the Retail & Education Manager in driving sales performance, retail excellence, training, and visual merchandising for Benefit’s business across Travel Retail Southeast Asia and Singapore to ensure smooth execution of commercial strategies and achievement of retail and net sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales & Commercial Support

• Assist in the execution of commercial strategies and initiatives to achieve retail and net sales targets.

• Monitor stock-on-hand (SOH) and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure optimal inventory levels.

• Consolidate and prepare sales trackers, commercial reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.

• Provide operational support to clients including pricing updates, order placement, invoice processing, delivery arrangements.

• Ensure all reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Administrative & Financial Support

• Support on all commercial operational or administrative work related to all customer account set-up and information update with SSC team & trade partners.

• Prepare and raise purchase orders (POs) and assist in the reconciliation of invoices with Finance.

• Track shipments, invoices, and credit/debit notes with Customer Service and stakeholders.

• Manage ITO Report bi-monthly (Extract sales from SAP/ Reclass per market/Review analysis with Business Controller)

• Create/ Follow-up Net Sales tracker weekly (maintaining a good relationship with RM/ Customer service department)

• Support finance in consolidating Weekly RS & NS Trend for total region

• Maintain accurate customer and account information in all systems.

Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Support counter operations including stock counts, tester management, and merchandising standards.

• Ensure planograms and visual merchandising guidelines are accurately implemented for product launches, animations, and seasonal activations.

• Coordinate with internal teams on launches and updates.

• Support retail activations and launch activities.

Training & Education / Field Team Support

• Assist in planning and executing training calendars for product knowledge and brow services.

• Help coordinate BA seminars and workshops to enhance sales techniques and brand culture.

• Track and analyze retail KPIs (e.g., conversion, productivity, average ticket) and provide actionable recommendations.
