Job description
- As Retail Development Manager: in the BILLA Sales organization, you will work on the further development and optimization of our product areas - always with a focus on the needs of our customers.
- Within projects, you will support strategic and operational workflows and continuously monitor key performance indicators, regularly evaluate these and independently derive optimization measures.
- You will test new concepts, processes, and POS presentations directly at the POS, organizing and conducting this independently.
- In the context of your core task, you will coordinate and moderate regular meetings/workshops and act as an overarching interface between different interfaces such as CM/EK, External Sales, Quality Management, and Technology.
- Through continuous market observation and trend scouting, you are able to identify innovative solutions early on and derive best-practice examples.
