Retail Design Intern

Job Description REPORTING STRUCTURE The Regional Retail Design Intern/trainee will report to Asst. Retail Design Manager mentorship. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES CREATIVE To elaborate/develop design proposals & renderings, technical drawings in line with HQ Guidelines and the brief defined by Merchandising, Commercial and Marketing teams. Study, adapt and implement guidelines to different markets’ needs. Managing the project(s) as Project Leaders to ensure qualitative deliverables are being carried out. REQUIREMENTS Strong understanding of design principles, visual merchandising, and retail operations. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
