Retail Coordinator Benelux - Temporary Position

Job description We are looking for a new enthusiastic colleague to fill the role of Retail Coordinator for the Rituals Benelux team. This temporary position will run from mid-January to September due to a colleague's maternity leave. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to the success of Rituals. You will be the link between the headquarters and the Benelux stores. Are you interested in learning more about this exciting and challenging role? Read below for a detailed description and apply directly. As a Retail Coordinator at Rituals, your day is never the same. We have over 180 stores in the Benelux region that we support from our headquarters in Amsterdam and Antwerp. As a Retail Coordinator, you will be the right-hand person of our Retail Operations and the first point of contact for the stores in the Benelux. Your responsibilities:

• Answering questions and offering solutions for all ad-hoc and operational issues from the stores.
• Nurturing close collaboration with other team members within the Retail Operations team and regular contact with various departments at headquarters, including Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, Innovation, and Format & Design.
• Maintaining regular contact with our local Benelux team, including Managing Director, Heads of Retail, Area Managers, and Shop Managers.
• Ensuring clear communication to the store teams via our intranet Your Rituals and keeping documents up-to-date in this database. You will be responsible for processing information into clear briefings and manuals directed at employees in the stores.
• Additionally, you will guide and implement projects with your colleague within the Retail Operations team. Projects for 2026 include implementing a new ticketing system.
