Behind the Carhartt WIP brand stands WIP Trading AG. Our Swiss corporate group began in the early nineties as a licensee and European distribution partner of the US-American workwear manufacturer Carhartt. We are looking for you as a Retail Controller (m/f/d) for our location in Weil am Rhein as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for retail controlling and act as a business partner for the relevant stakeholders
• You are responsible for maintaining and further developing our operational retail controlling
• You actively participate in budgeting and forecast preparation and further develop them
• You conduct variance analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action from them
• You create, develop and monitor KPI dashboards and reports in MS Power BI
• You ensure consistent and data-based standards for reporting and analysis
• You are the point of contact for the financial managers of the country subsidiaries on controlling-related issues and support them with quarterly and annual closing activities

Qualifications

• You have a completed business administration degree with a focus on Controlling/Finance or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in retail controlling
• You are proficient in MS Office and ideally have experience with MS Power BI and MS Dynamics Business Central
• You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• You have a strong understanding of business processes and a high affinity for numbers
• You work proactively, structured, and independently
• You convince with strong communication skills and act as a business partner at eye level with various departments
