We are looking for an experienced Retail Butcher to join a small, close knit team in the South Island. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid retail butchery experience who is either already confident in a leadership role or keen to step up into one.

• Proven retail butchery experience (essential)
• Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of food safety standards
• A positive, team oriented approach
• Ideally prior management or supervisory experience, or the willingness and capability to grow into a management position
