Retail Brand Experience Manager We are seeking a visionary Retail Brand Experience Manager with a strong background in merchandising and Field Force Management (FFM) to lead the creation and execution of immersive, experiential retail brand experiences that drive business results and customer engagement. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive retail brand strategies across multiple channels, including store design, visual merchandising, product placement, and in-store events. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the ability to leverage data insights to inform brand decisions. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing retail brand strategies that drive business results and customer engagement • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive retail brand experiences • Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand decisions • Staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in experiential marketing and retail branding • Providing strategic guidance and support to the Retail Brand Experience team • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams • Developing and managing budgets for retail brand experiences • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
