The successful candidate will manage a profitable retail business and foster relationships within the VKB family. Required qualifications include Grade 12 and a degree in management, along with a proven track record in agri-business. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in retail, strong leadership, negotiation and financial management skills, and the ability to work independently.
