Your primary responsibility will be to manage and lead a team of sales consultants, financial advisors and administrative staff at our Ladysmith branch. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. In addition, you will be expected to build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the development of the region's strategy.
