SME expertise spans Retail Deposit, Lending, CASA, Core Banking, and Channels, with a focus on customer-centric transformation. Key Responsibilities Expertly maps and optimizes end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and customer expectations. Develops and maintains deep understanding of retail banking products and services, including deposit accounts, lending products, cash management, core banking systems, and digital channels. Provides thought leadership and subject matter expertise to drive business outcomes. Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs and drive business results. Key Requirements Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
